Vacation + Retirement + Forever Home = Friendship + New Career!

Sherry and her husband fell in love with our community while on vacation.

Sherry lived in SW Florida for 31 years before retiring as a paramedic from Lee County Public Safety in January of 2019.

When Sherry and her husband retired, they first bought a cabin in Blue Ridge. They then sold it and moved to Turtletown.

Sherry and her husband wanted a custom-built forever home, so they hired Tony Watkins of Tru Built Mountain Homes. Sherry and Louanne became fast friends!

Sherry loved retirement but knew she wanted to be more involved in the community. When a friend from Florida kept sending her around the area looking for a place that she could buy, Sherry considered real estate. With Louanne’s support and guidance, Sherry is now licensed in Georgia and Tennessee and has joined the Tru Mountain Realty team!

Sherry and her husband have been married for three years and together for six. They each have three children for a total of six!

They love to travel and do a lot of camping in Tennessee and Georgia with friends and family.
