Linda Olson, REALTOR®, GREEN, is a licensed real estate agent in Florida and Georgia.  

She is a continuing education course provider, author and instructor.  Linda teaches nationally, is part of the Florida REALTORS® faculty, teaches classes through Georgia REALTORS® Partners in Education Program and is a Tennessee approved provider, author and instructor. Linda also teaches NAR’s Green Designation, the ABR elective New Home Construction and Buyer Representation and their newest class: Planning & Zoning Advocating for Your Community’s Future. Linda has been writing and teaching real estate classes since 2010.

Linda obtained her real estate license in 2005 and brings a unique perspective to real estate as she also has 20+years of experience as an environmental consultant.

As a land and commercial specialist Linda uses this expertise to assist clients regarding the intricacies of developing/optimizing/selling and buying environmentally-challenged property. Linda also works with clients on all other types of commercial transactions.

For more than 10 years Linda was actively involved with the local HBCA allowing her to gain important contacts and knowledge on new construction, “green” building techniques and improving a home’s energy efficiency. Linda has been awarded NAR's Green Designation.

Linda lives in Morganton, Georgia with her husband and rescued cats and is in the process of building her dream house.
